Cheap as Chips
Ordered online for a click and collect. Got a notification that my order was ready. Went there and waited 15 minutes for them to then tell me the order wasn’t ready and when I said I had notification that it was the lady said ‘well it’s not’ extremely rudely. The manager then came down and he was just as rude. No customer service, no apology! Nothing! Will not be back.

Definitely not “cheap as chips”Everything is overpriced. The tags for prices are wrong, customer service isn’t that great either. Won’t be returning anytime soon!

Used to love shopping here, but now everything is so expensive the customer service is disgusting, I picked up a cat bed that had a massive sticker saying $6.75 I go to the counter and the lady tells me it’s $45 I inform her of the sticker and she asked one of the male staff to check and confirm, 5 minutes later the lady tells me he’s probably not coming back so I had to go look, the sign was removed that’s fine. This bed was made of soft rope and my fingers could literally go through it and they wanted $45??? Not so cheap as chips anymore.

My 4year old daughter absolutely loves this place and I really don't mind taking her there as mostly everything is so affordable. Being 4 kids this don't really value what they get. Plays for awhile then it's ancient history. I recommend parents going here as toys and art crafts are affordable.

It’s not “cheap as chips” it’s actually expensive nowadays.The pricing on the tags are wrong purchases some notebooks that said on the sticker $2 but actually turned out to be $6 and same with a few other items I bought.Customer service wasn’t great either, won’t be returning any time soon.

Was disappointed when i walked in and saw easter rabbits for sale. 4 days before christmas. Could they not wait until after Christmas.
