Sensational! Nic and his colleague removed 2 small stubborn patches from our carpet first and then proceeded to do a fantastic job on the rest of our 2 bedroom unit. The carpets weren't that old, and we didn't think they were particularly dirty - just needed a freshen up. However, the result showed us they weren't in as good a condition as we thought they were! They are now like brand new! Highly recommend - and we are fussy about our possessions and our recommendations of contractors. Couldn't be more pleased. Reasonable price too. Thanks Nic.

Late afternoon, our drainage pipe from our washing machine flooded the floor near our laundry. We contacted Nic, and he was at our house within the hour. He was very professional and done a fantastic job. We are incredibly grateful for his prompt response. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs urgent management.
