We've ordered from this location a few times both directly from drive thru and through the app. I don't know what's going on at this location but literally every time, without exception, items have been missing from our orders. It's so predictable now that tonight when we ordered my partner said Make sure you check it before you leave." Sure enough

My experience at this McDonalds branch has been lacklustre and it is in my opinion that this branch isn’t fit for purpose. On more than one occasion they have gotten my order wrong. On one occasion I received the wrong burger, another they completely forgot my Oreo McFlurry, they forget sauces and forgot many of the additions to some of my items. If this had happened once or twice it would be forgivable but it seems that every single order has something wrong with it. I shall attach a photo of my most recent order which shows an Oreo McFlurry which is half empty.

Restrooms are extremely small and tight to get into. Restrooms were very dirty and in general, the surfaces need good deep clean. Ok for foodwise but definitely needs attention in cleaning. A very busy place due to location. Staff lovely considering how busy they get

This is the Large size? Potatoes are less than half the standard quantity. Staff attitude is bossy like I'm begging for food. Such a terrible experience!!

Take away order - Paid for items that were not packed. Salad contained a huge chunk of inedible lettuce stalk. Chicken was equally inedible.

My family purchased 3 meals through drive thru. We were given our food straight away which was great. However they sent us to the waiting bay for our drinks. We waited over fifteen minutes for our drinks, meanwhile our food had gotten cold as they had given that to us 15 minutes prior at the window. I complained and one of the workers said “do you want an apple pie?” When I’m paying $60 for dinner, an apple pie does not suffice. I would much rather my meals replaced, or to be heard by the workers and have them take accountability. Instead my complaint was shrugged off, hoping to keep me quiet with an apple pie. Poor customer service and inconsiderate of customers.

Extremely unprofessional and rude! My partner and I came through drive-thru around 2pm and we ordered 2 Big Mac meals, we asked for it to be fresh and we were happy to wait. After waiting 10 minutes, only one meal came out without our drinks. It was also cold and I told a team member delivering food to the car next to us that it was cold and we were still waiting for another meal. She came back out (still without our drinks) and said that we have to go inside to tell them to bring out our meal because only one order came through. We clearly ordered 2 meals and I had paid for both meals and this was explained in store but we were being yelled at by team member screaming “only one came through”. At this point, it had been about 30 minutes and we still don’t have our drinks and food. We also asked for fresh again and the manager at the time said she would bring it out. The food came out (obviously not fresh), and the Big Macs were so poorly made it was hard to finish. There was also no explanation or apology for their rude service. I filed a complaint with McDonalds and asked them to contact me back via phone to further discuss the matter but received an unapologetic email.It does not matter if only one order had come through on the system, the fact that we ordered 2 means we should be getting 2 meals so just put through another order. Also, we are drive through customers and had been asked to go inside to collect our order which is just ridiculous. We didn’t receive any compensation and I’m sure the team members won’t learn from their mistakes because they think what they are doing is right. This is the most appalling McDonald’s I have been to.

It is the worst branch in terms of hygiene; it was very filthy and unclean, and leftover food and dirt everywhere on the tables, floors and bathrooms were so dirty. I had to stay there as I was near the stadium and needed to spend some time there until my son finished his game; I cleaned one of the tables by myself, and I sterilised it because I couldn't find a clean tableI would never recommend going there.

My closest Macca's. The food is fine, but I do notice they seem to forget things from my order more often than others, particularly when I order something from McCafe. Overall, it's good, just make sure you check your bag before you leave the drive through.
