After 6 months of trying to find white chairs for my dining table this business was advertised on gum tree. Visited today and the service was excellent, showroom where I could leisurely browse and play around with styles. Prices were fantastic and I was able to take home 6 chairs on the spot. Just in time for move in day. Great find and loved the friendly helpful service at the Springvale store.

Yesterday when I rang the Springvale store, the staff could not have been more helpful. The man I spoke to was checking shipping prices and kept popping back on the phone to update me even though I wasn't waiting long- it was very sweet. Alison emailed and said that people were going to 'lovingly pick, pack and ship my items'. This brought a smile. Then today I was called as I had left a message before I was able to get through, and again the man was very friendly. A+ for customer service.

We found Chairforce while searching for outdoor bar stools online. Not only were they affordable but we were able to pick them up. We rang their Springvale location in the morning, the gentleman we spoke to was so nice and very helpful. We collected the bar stools on the same day and were greeted with amazing service. To top it all off, the quality is excellent. We couldn't be happier!
