Completely disappointed & frustrated at the service dept. Non-stop problems since I bought the vehicle new 6yrs ago. Services not carried out correctly, inability to accurately log next service, log book lost, attempts to charge me extra ontop of capped servicing due to their errors, inability to find/test faults and then failure to return calls despite numerous attempts... the list goes on and on.My disappointment has now resulted in selling the car.

So incredibly disappointed in my experience at Sunco today. I bought my car brand new from them and today went in as my door handles had all come loose. They then charged me $165 to tell me they needed to be fixed (I already knew that so they did not need to do any big test there, you can clearly see it) then quoted me an additional $1300 to fix them. So I’m $165 down with the same broken door handles I had when I took it in this morning. Where is the value in that? Very disappointed and they could see that I was and did not care at all.

I had a great experience when purchasing a new ute from Martin at sunco I shopped around before going there and found him very approachable friendly and honest witch is not usually the case dealing with car salesman, I even got my new ute sooner than promised witch also is pretty much unheard off in today's market. I would definitely recommend Martin to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Brought a new MG3 under a year ago and it’s been amazing. Just had my 10,000km service and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and very great car service - my car looks brand new from them cleaning the inside and outside during my yearly service. Very happy!! Would recommended!

DO NOT BUY FROM SUNCO. Just like other reviews I would give no stars. My daughter recently purchased a used vehicle from Aaron (salesman) after just looking and 2 hours of coercion. Picked up vehicle and within 1 hour broke down, took it back and was supposed to be repaired and checked over ok when collected 4 days later. Again within 2 days broke down again. Told Aaron and Errol Mack (used vehicle manager) she wanted to return the vehicle and keep her trade that they loaned to her whilst purchased car was being repaired. Took another week for 2nd repairs, no communication and flat out refused to take back purchased dodgy car. They sold a vehicle with existing mechanical defaults to a young girl, how unsafe. She now owns an unreliable car and commutes regularly from Sunny Coast to Brisbane. Errol Mack you could have made this right but didn't. NO MORALS OR CONSCIENCE. Now lodged formal complaint to ACCC and looking into legal action.

Our recent dealings with Tony Brydon both in trading our vehicle and re-purchasing were excellent. Tony provided a comfortable, relaxed experience and we are extremely happy with our outcome. Can highly recommend him and Sunco both. Mac and Marg

Despite several attempts the service department has not fixed the problems I have with a new car. I’m advised it is within factory allowance. They then simply denied the shake exists despite driver and passengers feeling it; it has been an issue since new and getting worse. It is not an uncommon issue with this vehicle apparently. Very disappointed to have to take a vehicle under warranty to an independent mechanic to have issues addressed. Service reception staff were very pleasant but that doesn’t resolve the mechanical issues.

I cant fault Sunco, Maroochydore. Tony Brydon and Errol Mack were absolutely fantastic in helping me purchase a vehicle. I received a great trade in price for my old car and they did everything to find me the perfect car. I am so very happy with their customer service, and absolutely love my new car!

Yes, I’m the same, if I could do less than one star I would: I will write a full review detailing my experience later, but wanted this up now. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO OR BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They’re liars and the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with: consumer affairs are now involved. They will not get away with being shonky much longer. KARMA is a thing and it will come around.
