Made an appointment with Tower to come and measure up 1030am. They did not show and have not been in touch. Job has gone to somebody else.These people are timewasters. I appreciate that sometimes due to extenuating circumstances appointments cannot be kept but surely you would attempt to advise the potential customer.

Have had the new door for 2 years now, but still having issues with the installation, have had issues since day 1, with loose flashing, sharp edges on brackets, screws and handles not installed, motor and chain track mounted ugly with exposed holes in the ceiling, and an absolute racket of a noise every time it open and closes.I have contacted then a number of times, but, no support.
