Bought a Nissan Navara from here. It broke down on the first hill i came to on Gisborne rd a few k’s out of town. I rung George and he said did you just fill up in town. He said it’s probably dirty fuel. He suggested i keep driving. At the next hill it did it again and came to a complete stop. I wanted to return the car. George said Bacchus Marsh shuts down early on a Friday, try and limp it home in 3rd (auto). Story continues for weeks after this.In short “ stay away from this place “I’ve involved the VAAC and VCAT.

I feel I’m in a good position to offer a balanced review, 12 months out from the purchase of my vehicle. Overall my experience was positive and, partially through good luck and care have purchased a generally reliable vehicle. What I would suggest is that customers do NOT take up iWarranty (which is a third party warranty company) as an option. It’s not worth the paper it is written on as I found out when I attempted to claim for some power steering components. They’ll do anything to wriggle out of a claim. I also feel blue star motors could lift their game by cutting less corners to save money. E.g more than two drops of fuel in the tank on collection would be appreciated. Have found a few other faults with bodged, cheap fixes as well and a front number plate that may as well have been super glued in place!!! But overall I’m happy with my van. Regards.

Hi well we purchased a 2009 hyundai imax diesel with suspected 98000 km on it driving it home used lots of oil the turbo had been damaged prior to us obtaining the vehicle it is now un drivable and we rely on having a 8 seater for our family and we live in rural vic. The warranty they gave us does not cover very much at all and we have to pay for diagnostic to be able to get it fixed this is ludicrous we have 4 children and sick family in Melbourne we need to see being with out this 198000 dollar car is just wrong 103270 I have made contact with aca and vcat just waiting to hear back from them as to what the say also the market value on this car is only 15000 and this is in the red book and racv.

I would never buy from this dealer ever again, I paid 18,000 for a vehicle which has spent more time off the road than on the road. I would not recommend this dealership, 37 years of dodgey
