We didn’t move with this company however had some doors delivered in Brisbane. We were advised that during the delivery the driver ran over a pipe in the grassed area next to the driveway. Although this was a small issue with minor damage, repeated attempts to negotiate with the company have failed around seeking a response or accepting any responsibility for repairs. I found this disappointing and was asking myself what this would mean if I relocated using this company? You can make up your own mind about this.

HBR came highly recommended from friends so we had our furniture bought up from NSW. Couldnt recommend them more. Gary and his team were excellent. Lovely, professional family business. Every thing went smoothly, was a very good decision.

Excellent service from Rob and his team. Great communications both in the quote process and also when the shipment was on its way. The guys were super flexible about delivery and NSW border rules changing. Couldn't be happier with the service and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
