Coles Werribee

This security lady who was closing store today was absolutely rude. Staff were lovely and helpful. But I had 12 min as security approached me rudely and stood so close to rush me as I was getting my last item I felt uncomfortable. This is my first time shopping here and cause of that security she put me off going there ever again, reason for the 1 star. When I politely told her I was getting 2 more things she rudely said I had to hurry up 12 min left come on. I made it out before closing but she made me feel as I was a criminal. Never exsperience anyone like her our local security at our coles is usually polite and friendly but she is the worse i left feeling so upset.

I don’t have a problem with this coles at all. The staff are always super friendly but I do have one complaint. Whoever is in charge of cooking the cheese and bacon rolls and all those other rolls just needs to cook them for slightly longer because every single time I have brought them they’re still slightly raw inside. But apart from that no problems at all lovely people

The store is clean and tidy but they often don't have what other Coles stores have.

I just went to this Coles to buy shredded chicken from the deli. I asked for 300g. The lady reached in and in one grab put a handful on the scales. It was exactly 300g!! Thank you for an amazing experience

I have to say, coming from Coles Yarraville to shopping here after I moved here was a big shock.. It seems this store, like Yarraville, was an ex Bi-Lo store. Except it hasn't had the extensive renovations and extension that Yarraville had, and it desperately needs it. Watton Street is becoming far more trendy and cosmopolitan now with coffee shops and barbers, no longer can we justify having a second rate supermarket here and I'm glad a lot of people seem to agree. Also I understand not wanting your staff to get hurt, but invest in some security guards here because the theft is a big problem. One person rammed a trolley into the glass door leading to the carpark, that should not be tolerated.. The staff are friendly and helpful, but you are a billion dollar business now Coles. I'm glad to see you're able to do up stores like Manor Lakes and build a third one in Tarneit for some reason, but please invest in the street that was here when Werribee was settled for once...

This coles is conveniently located with 2 big entrances from front side as well as from back with huge free parkingThe Aisles are well equipped with all the brands and their products.Staff is good and helpful. went their for quick shopping and got everything easily..there are many food outlets around this coles to have some food while do your grocery shopping

Your self service team member who was working this afternoon needs up skilling on customer service fundamentals. No wonder you’re replacing team members with AI and self service tools. Today has reminded me why I usually shop at Woolworths - I won’t be shopping here again.

If there is negative star I would like to give -5 ,Today I had worse shopping experience in my life . The security and the staff at self check out should be professional trained, to checking people in the nice way. I feel very offended and first time in my life to be checked.

Giod place to shop. Especially for the great specials. Right in the heart of werribee adjoining shops are all around. The fresh food is good in selection and always seasonal selections..
