Roses Naturally

5 days out from my wedding I was informed I couldn't get the roses I had requested although in the months leading up to this time I had been assured would be available even though my wedding is the week after Valentine's Day. I was assured many times this would not affect my order. I was offered an alternative which was not suitable and was going to be twice the price I had been originally quoted. Paying double for an option that wasn't what I had ordered was not something I was going to be doing.While the quality of the roses is amazing and the owners very pleasant to deal with I would not recommend this business to anyone as it is unreliable and 5 days before a wedding is not acceptable to be making alternate arrangements for flowers. I am extremely unimpressed and disappointed with the way things have eventuated.

Thank you, guys, your flowers were awesome, very fragrant and freshly cut. They arrived early in the morning for my stepdad's 85th birthday. In the times when we cant come be there with the loved ones it is especially nice that there's people out there that can at least bring beautiful flowers to brighten somebody's day! Thank you!
