I have been shopping at Coles Ashgrove for years. Staff are mostly long term and are invariably friendly and helpful. Usually very well stocked.Convenient to get in and get out. I find the car parking easier to use and access than Woolworths Ashgrove.

If you enjoy time travel, this is the place to be. Its like stepping back in time 20 years. This coles is a mixture between the old Franklin's supermarkets and yes, Bi-lo. The checkout assistant doesn't know how to process a flybuys dollars payment which is handy. Its also always quiet so always relaxing.

This is a completely honest and fair review. I’ve been shopping at this coles for 20+ years and can honestly say it’s up there with the worst in brisbane. Few staff have customer service skills, stock and selections are minimal all year round, rarely have markdowns, fruit and veg have usually been frozen so when they ripen they’re dark and spoiled in the middle, bread is frequently stale, if meat is on its use by date you’ll be lucky to get it at $2 off full price, shop is dirty and outdated and car park is terrible. However, I’ll continue to shop there cause it’s handy and you can usually zip in and out quickly and avoid the crowds (except in peak times when they have hardly any checkouts open- except self service which need assistance every few items).

The staff are friendly and helpful. Seems to have all the groceries necessary for a big shop. There is wheel chair access and their own bakery which is great for very fresh bread. As well there is fast check out lane for people with fewer groceries.

Agreed it is a bit tired, but then so is the shopping precinct in general. I have found the staff always helpful and seldom do I leave without everything on the list I headed in with. No compalints
