I bought one thing, after walking past and seeing it in the window, that's it. The lady tried to sell me a loyalty / reward program at a cost to me, which I politely declined because I was being only a singular item. But at least she asked!

So rude! Person was making up excuses for an item not scanning at the discount price. Refused to discount and told me the plant I wanted was “homeware” and not a plant. I sent an email to head office about the extremely bad customer service I received and got a reply stating the manager would call me,That was 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard from anyone.

Approached by the manager of this store and was given a judgmental comment “if you shop here it will be expensive” and was made to feel as if I was unable to afford it, I am a regular customer at Adair’s and the way I was approached and spoken to left me not wanting to return to this store.

Went into Adairs Mildura today to get some cushions and a throw. As I cannot match , I brought in the Curtin tie and the staff there picked out 3 amazing cushions and a throw. No stress, lovely ladies ! Thank you very much . My room now looks awesome :)

A clean well set out store. With the usual bargains to be found. They used to have a good variety of homewares but that has waned of late. That could be a covid issue? The staff are very happy to assist and are very friendly.
