Aspen Karratha Village

The Manager and staff at this village are very friendly and accommodating. There is a buffet available for dinner and breakfast is available. The village is frequented by mine workers and the likes who leave early in the morning. The bed area in the room is sectioned off by a low wall and is a little tight but the overall unit is very comfortable and well appointed. The pool is a welcome addition on a hot day!

Been here one night so far but the room is great. Clean and quiet. 4 star rating is just about some wear and tear in the bathroom… but totally normal for this type of accomodation. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bar fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, smart tv.

Super fast check in, room was comfy and cool, great surrounds and facilities. Dinner was just ok with food a little cold out of the hot buffet and chef was abit rude as we left just on closing at 8pm. (Yes we did hear your comments as we left)

Over the past few years my partner and I always stayed at the aspen whenever we passed through Karratha. It was a very well priced, clean, quiet village that offered its washing machines for free which was great because we could do a load before we moved on but I'm afraid this will be the last time. Not only have their room prices gone up(which we accepted because we know times are tough and we thought it would be the same as always) , but you now have to pay for washers and dryers and the cleanliness has dropped a ton! Orange dirt dirty water marks in the shower, shower head is leaking and caked with calcium growth, shower screens I though had been updated to frosted were just dirty, toilet leaking water onto floor, bathroom window is clear glass to outside with no blind or curtin, greasy finger prints behind bathroom door, bathroom door off rails, bathroom cupboards are water effected, yellowed toilet seat...YUK, scunge build up in edges of flooring in kitchen area, grout stained and dirty behind sink, sticky mess all over entry steps to room....need I keep going. You can't raise the price and charge for extras while offering rooms of this standard. Fast way to lose return customers.

Great place only one thing that lets it down was the bed was really hard

A group of us were in need of last minute accommodation and the team at Aspen Karratha Village were amazing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and set up to provide privacy as well as common areas on the balcony/deck. Three generous meal servings a day were provided with a smile and any dietary requirements dealt with accordingly. A shout out to Jamie, Gillian and Warren. You went over and above all expectations and looked after us like family. A great big thank you to you all!

We had to keep amending our booking dates here, but Gillian, on Reception was never fazed by it and was extremely courteous and efficient, ensuring we got the very best service.The accommodation was clean and adequate for our stay of 6 days. The food was varied and exceptional, with everything available for all tastes, even vegetarians, which is not always the case. The pool looked inviting but was unfortunately closed for maintenance.Plenty of outdoor seating.All in all, a wonderful find.We'd have no hesitation in returning.

Stayed for 1 night on my way south. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and fresh, good base for anyone staying longer. Passed up on the dinner option as ate elsewhere.

Had a wonderful experience at Aspen. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Jamie and her team in office are super helpful and friendly.
