I just want to share what I experienced today was very disappointing and made me a little angry. I just want to record a little video when my baby takes the injection for 6 months, not take a video of you nurses! A nurse beside me made a rather rude voice 'why do you want to record the baby crying'? And fierce face. I was really surprised. I can only answer for our memory. And I didn't take a video accusing us of all kinds of racists. Never greeting. We are all human not animals. We have feelings.

Pathetic! Staff are rude and rush you, doctor doesn't care about what you want and just assumes what's best for you doesn't let you get a word in, had to make an appointment just to get test results which is costing me money I don't have and is absolutely ridiculous. Won't come here again.

I call a receptionist today at 2:1pm(31/10/22),it is sad to hear her rushing me out and her tone was rude,no care in the world and unprofessional.Your place of work is important because you are a first point of contact to people who are fragile, sick,and needed help because they want to see a doctor .Please be polite,listen and have a little sympathy.You know who you are because of the time and date is there.I guess you are not an 8 years old to act that way.

Got charged $60 for a telephone call, all about a result I already knew. To top it off the Dr thought he’d use this call to preach about he thought I should live better, according to his beliefs. Get down off your pedestal! Greedy and opinionated, typical man. Avoid this practice if you can.
