Mouldy garlic bread, not even going to risk consuming the pizza ordered with it as they don’t check the freshness and safety of their food. Disgusting and so disappointing

One of the best place so far in Canberra. Loved the atmosphere!Very friendly and skilled staff. Very fast service by excellent staff member “Harpreet” Highly recommend.Definitely coming back for all the time.

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.We put online order and chose to pick up from Kingston branch. When we went there , we had been told your order had been picked up by someone else. The staff delivered our order without checking the order number.The staff neither did apologise nor redelivery the order and not refund.I response to our request , we had been told calling the police!

The most rancid and disgusting branch ever. The girl behind the registers was so rude and uncooperative with us. She gave away our order to someone else and admitted that she didn’t confirm the order number with the other people. She then refused to give us a refund or simply remake the pizzas for us. Her manager wasn’t even in the store and she had to call him up. He refused to give us a refund and we left with no food. Never stepping foot in here again absolutely horrible.

Absolutely garbage, the online order came through wrong and I asked for the right pizza we ordered and they tried to charge me. Kept insisting I was in the wrong and I had to argue to get the right pizza. When they were finally made they were both dry with barely any ingredients so barely worth the trouble. Save your money and go somewhere else

I was craving some authentic pizza and was blown away with the quality of the peri peri chicken pizza I ordered this afternoon. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the toppings were delicious. Crust was perfect, customer service was so quick and spontaneous, staff was so amazing and professional to attend a customer. A perfect place to have pizza ! Highly recommended!

Got pick up this afternoon. Pizzas are usually great but this one is undercooked and the base is doughy because it hasn't been cooked properly. Garlic bread wasn't even cooked, pulled it apart to find a lump of solid butter

I normally love Crust pizza but tonight it was awful. This is the first time we've ordered from Kingston and it will also be the last. I got our normal Chicken Peri Peri. I don't know what is in the peri peri sauce here but it was so spicy it was almost inedible. It looked like it had extra chilli added to it, it was totally full of red flecks that I don't normally see in the peri peri sauce I get at other Crust outlets (we had a peri peri pizza from Gungahlin last week and it was really nice, and exactly as I had come to expect from Crust). I also ordered a Mediterranean Lamb pizza, with double lamb. If what was on that lamb was double" lamb then I'd hate to see it normally. It was pretty thin. I've given them a star because the food was warm and it was relatively quick from order to being ready. That's the only positive I can say about this store and their pizzas."

Everytime I have ordered here, we've got extra large pizza's and paid for extra large. When our order comes, the pizzas are large. Far smaller than extra large and we end up paying way more than what a large is worth. Kingston is the only crust that seem to do this everytime. We are going to avoid coming here.
