SKG Radiology Morley

Nursing staff were awesome but the receptionists were APPALLING. I attended this morning for ultrasounds and xrays. I work long hours in a demanding job and took time off this morning for these scans. I was weighed down with crippling anxiety and stress - a combination of being injured and anxious about being away from work. The receptionists were rude, sarcastic, surly and belligerent. I could have done without the belittling, the constant exasperated eye rolls and being shouted at. I'm not deaf, I just can't hear you through the thick plastic barriers. I cried all morning because of it and hope to never be treated in such a manner again. The Nursing staff and Radiologists were lovely, but shame on the receptionists! You are the face" of the clinic and treating patients with respect should be your priority. Absolutely disgusted."

Had my 18th antenatal scan 8.30am yesterday 28/4/2021 at Morley SKG- the receptionist (with a funny mask) was very friendly;- the scan carried by the (male) trainee and staff was throughout, professional, informative. Esp. the trainee, he was so friendly, caring and passionate about telling us the parts of the body he scanned on our baby. He took joy in the process and which made our encounter precious and enjoyable;- the scan results were uploaded so quickly, within hours on the same day, on the patient portal which we can share with the rest of the families;- really appreciate my husband was allowed to be in the room the whole time with me. This means so much to us.The whole process was enjoyable compared to the services I received at other providers.Thank you!

ng and made an appointment for Saturday 5th confirmed the time and also what was needed .Changed other appointments to make the time for 9.30 am on Saturday arrived for the Ultra sound and was told they did not do this on Saturday and was given another time and i would need to pay for the next one as it was not bulked billed .No sorry, just this is what it is ,avoid this one like the plague ....

Great place for having ultrasound. Couldnt get an appointment earlier than three weeks away. Friendly staff especially radiologist. First morning appointment. Very happy. Thanks ladies!

One star is for the radiologists as they were really detailed, but the reception service was appalling. The reception was rude, condescending and I felt verbally attacked everytime they spoke and interacted with us. Ruined my day, I do not need to go through this emotional abuse just to get a medical scan.

My experience here today was excellent,the customer service from the Reception to the Radiograher was a credit to their Management. The staff were patient & informative to everyone i saw them deal with. Keep up the good work Team Morley.

Parking is horrible at times. But Mums always said they treated her well and cared about her situation. So that's really nice. Was going to do 5 stars but haven't actually been inside there myself. I take Mum a few times every year or so and she's never upset with their treatment and hasn't complained about anything yet.

Ultra sound worker was very professional and efficient. Thankyou.

Came in for a walk-in x-ray. X-rays sent directly to doctors. Easy process. Great service from the friendly radiographer.Only thing stopping me from giving 5-stars is similar to other reviewers. Reception doesn't look too welcoming. Won't hurt to greet and smile.
