Absolute legends at this place. I had troubles with a Norton security program and needed a refund. Everybody tried so hard to get to the solution in the end. The customer service is so awesome and chilled, I felt really relaxed and happy. Nothing was shoved in my face for upsales like car sales people. Thankyou so much everyone! Keally! Debbie! Jemma! And 2 handsome gents that I can’t remember your names sorry. Highly reccomend all the time!

David in the computer section is utterly fantastic. He knows his stuff, took my circumstances into account, including my budget, he read through a whole bunch of technical requirements I couldn't make head nor tail of, and he went above and beyond. He's one of the few sales people out there who knows what he's doing at the same time as offering exceptional customer service. And beyond that, he's a decent and kind human being. Just want to thank salesperson Matt for his outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to help me buy all my kitchen appliances for my new kitchen and to top it off he gave my son a helium balloon before exiting the store. I bought quite an expensive steam mop2 years ago and had issues with power supply to the unit on 2 occasions. On the second occasion the machine had surpassed its warranty, however Matt at Joyce Mayne Nowra went out of his way to ensure I got in contact with the supplier which enabled me to exchange the machine for a brand new one. Matt was so lovely to deal with and really went above and beyond to help me. This type of customer service is hard to come by and I can safely say I will certainly shop with Joyce Mayne again. Worst customer experience I've ever had!Joyce maybe Nowra deliver my new fridge and it had a large dent in it. They then had to replace it, a week later the replacement fridge was delived which also had 6 smaller dents in it. I was told they could take it back and deliver a third fridge the following week, I explained that I have several eskis in the house full of food because they were now taking away the first fridge and if they take both that leaves me with no fridge to put all my food back into. I asked if I could keep one and contact the manager to organise the third replacement fridgeNow the owner of the store has contacted me and said this is not his fault this is Hisense fault and he can't afford to keep delivering fridges. So now they want to give me $150 damage allowance or refund me for the fridge. All I want is the fridge I paid for over a month ago.Joyce many Nowra delivery team has also done damage to my house during the delivery. The owner again doesn't care and says it's not his fault.
