I have never experienced such unprofessional conduct firstly with her buddy & partner in crime Chris Delfsma. I always ordered/arranged my own preferred conveyancer and I went in and would sign documents but not Lilian even with the new laws. I haven't even seen this woman Lilian nor discussed inclusions & exclusions yet I have an unsigned contract via email & the wheels fell off with Chris Delfsma of Century 21 within days of signing as he couldn't return 2 phone calls which he is renown for plus more bad behaviour. Then a week later I send an email to terminate the contractual agreement to sell my home & he threatens dble commission if I go to another agent & then he states that I am threatening his family because I tell him a fact - that bad feedback travels like lightning up here & it is in his interest to cut me loose. But Lilian sends me a bill for around $600 & I have signed nothing - These people are criminals/delusional

I was not happy at all. I was using them as I was going through a property settlement with my husband. I only found out when it had been finalised as he was the one who told me. I then rang safe conveyancing about 10.00am the next day as I still hadn’t heard from them to let them. What really shocked me is that they took it upon themselves to take the money out of my settlement to pay themselves. I hadn’t been given an invoice or bill. I didn’t even receive a phone call from them to let me know they had taken my money, as that was not the account it was going to be paid from. It wasn’t right as this was such a stressful time and I found this so unprofessional and rude.

Definitely recommend this place for any home buyers, Emily and the rest of the staff were simply amazing, they made the process as stress free as possible. As first home buyer this was really helpful and important made it all way easier. God Bless
