Terrible , rude and not worthy to be in hospitality industry.Had to cancel my stay due to a fall which needed a proper handicapped room.When I ask for some friends to use my accommodation for only two nights I was abused and Rachelle conversation interrupted brutally.It cost me more than $1800 for nine nights without a possibility to share to some one else.As a previous motel owner and been involved in the tourism industry I believe the owners are not fit to operate such lodging .
