Very prompt - quoted time was for 1 hour and it was only about 10 minutes before I was jump started. Battery was cactus so I followed my repairman to his workshop and we got a new one. The RoadServices staff were very efficient, friendly and asked all the right questions to make sure I was well-cared for. At this price compared to my old club service I could not be happier.

I was very impressed with the prompt service I have received from 24/7 Roadservice Australia recently. My call was answered and addressed promptly and in a friendly manner. I was pleasantly surprised when the tow truck driver has arrived witin 30min after my call. The driver was approachable and accommodating in sorting my transportation. My car broke down at work. The towing service with my insurance was useless and the rep was not helpful at all.24/7 RA was one of the best decisions I ever made! The rep was so accommodating and very efficient, organised everything so well - excellent customer service! Did wait too long for the tow truck to arrive, my car was taken to my mechanic safely.

They arrived in a timely manner and got the car going. They didn't try and pressure me into buying a new battery from them and I was able to drive my car to my mechanic to have it replaced.

Great experience. My car wouldn't start properly late on a Sunday evening, and they sent a tech out within an hour. He was so helpful, it turned out it wasn't a battery problem but he explained exactly what it was likely to be and even fixed it.

Called and spoke to John to assist with a towing, he was very polite and professional, he arranged for my car to be dropped off at the nominated repairers advising me of a time frame which wasn't too far out.Thanks again.

My goodness what an experience. Katherine was sensational, helpful, cheerful and thoughtful. Can't thank her enough, even called back after arranging our tow to ensure we were safe and sound. The service offered by 24/7 was amazing, and great value but Katherine made a very stressful situation so simple. If there was ever someone to receive an award for outstanding customer service- Katherine is it.
