From the very initial conversations we had with Rhyse and John from Construct Melbourne and the MUS team (Dom and Uma), our experience has been exceptional. The team really took the time to meet with us many times to work through a set of dream plans for the home. They came with insights and tips only an experienced building and architecture team would have and made the process so easy to go with. No detail big or small was too much for the MUS team who worked tirelessly to produce us with a spectacular set of plans for our renovation. John and Rhyse seamlessly coordinated various consultants and engineers to come through the home in order to do the necessary paperwork.It made us immensely sad that due to unforseen health issues in our family that we weren't able to see through the renovation, but we can provide confidence to anyone who is seeking to work with Rhyse and the team that their customer service, attention to detail and creativity is second to none. We couldn't recommend them enough. It's no wonder why the team continue to receive so many building and design awards. We hope we may be able to pick things up again in the future! Construct Melbourne undertook a significant renovation of our Edwardian weatherboard house in Malvern East. I'd have to say that initially I was surprised by their professionalism and attention to detail. When we first met with them they worked hard and were enthusiastic about our project. That enthusiasm is truly genuine it was maintained all throughout the job. The finished product is fantastic and was delivered well ahead of time. I'd say to anyone considering working with them not to hesitate. They're a great team, employ good trades, but most importantly, are wonderful people.

Rhys came for initial meeting. Didn’t stay for long. Said he’ll get back within a week with an initial price but almost a month later I’m yet to hear from. It doesn’t give me much confidence about their abilities to complete a simple extension job. Bad customer service. Not at all reflective of their customer care advertising.Don’t waste your time like I did.

Genuine, honest and very knowledgeable from day 1. We had been looking for a builder to complete our extension/renovation for over 12 months. Time and time again we were met with overblown schedules and inconsistently high quotes which did not seem to add up. We were very close to making the mistake of signing with another builder when a strike of luck had fallen our way and we received a follow up call directly from Rhys after an online enquiry from the website.As soon as we met with Rhys, we knew that Construct Melbourne was definitely the builder we had to go with. On our first appointment, we gained useful and informative details on our project (which were not pointed out by other builders previously met with). This allowed us to progress further and retrieve a very accurate project proposal which was consistent to the total price of the entire project.Our Project Site Manager, Steve, was also an absolute pleasure to deal with as he always made himself available, no matter what may have been happening in his personal life. All questions were answered very quickly and special requests (which were sometimes out of scope) were often met with a ‘yes’.My partner and I would like to thank Rhys, Steve and all the team and Construct Melbourne for an amazing experience and outcome to our home extension which we are now enjoying to the fullest.
