Cool Nails Southgate

Couldn't be happier!! Staff are great, booking system, atmosphere, decor, variety of colours and services on offer... all great. And of course the service, skills and helpfulness of staff is exceptional. I've become a loyal regular after my first visit.

Starting off the new year by thanking the lovely ladies at this salon 8th year in a row. You all continue to look after us and keep such a friendly clean space. Definitely love my fortnightly appointments. It's like visiting friends for coffee. Lol

I went for a pedicure and manicure. The first time the lady who seems the owner did my nails and it was great. I went back yesterday evening, girls seemed to be rushing to close. I paid $ 90 for a poor service. My manicure done in a rush, with the polish today after less than a day looks horrible. I went back to see if they could fix it. There were finishing clients and told me I had to come back. It was only 4 o’clock. Nobody else was waiting.

My favourite place so far, very happy with my nails, I will definitely be back :)

I have been a client (also my sister has regular appointments), they are all lovely and so professional. I have never had anything but but perfect nails and I constantly get congratulations on the quality of my nails

Very bad customer serviceFirst of all I came with my mum with bookings online , they started with me and my mum was waiting until one of the girls finish with one of the customer then what happened is three other customers entered their appointments were after us and they all started before my mum , my mum was still waiting at that time,So I asked the girl who was making my nails when my mum will start doing her nails.So Kim was serving another customer who came after us , she came in nervous condition started doing my mum nails which are done very bad .Then my mum choose a colour when Kim started to put on the first finger it was totally different than what we chosen so we asked to change to another colour. Then one of the girls who said that she is the owner came and told me that we have another customers appointment and we are wasting their time.So instead of having good relaxing time doing our nails , we got so stressed and my mum nails are done very bad .
