Gillian and her team provided the flowers for my wedding in November 2019 and could not have been more incredible!Throughout the whole process from day 1 they were so friendly and helpful and both attentive to listening to what we wanted whilst also making valuable suggestions to really make our vision come to life. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable for the service they provide.Gill called me a couple of times in the week leading up to the wedding to confirm all small details and she even called my photographer to coordinate with him where they where going to meet to make sure everything went smoothly on the day.On the day of the wedding Gill was there to pin on all the mens buttonholes and set us up with our bouquets and gave advice onto how they will stay looking fresh. She also waited until after our ceremony and carried the ceremony flower stands herself up to our reception so we could make the most of the beautiful arrangements.Long story short, I couldn't recommend Gill and her team any more highly as they just blew me away at every single stage of the process!!

My husband and I engaged Gillian for our wedding in November 2021 after some staffing issues with our venue. She’s very experienced and talented and took care of everything both on the day and in the lead-up to it. In the few occasions on the day where something unexpected happened (e.g. our flowers blew over in the wind) she was right there calmly but confidently fixing it up. At any point on the day we could walk up and say “how’s my tie” or “is this microphone out of sight” and she’d have the time to make sure it was all good. She also worked closely with the venue and made sure we got food in all our running around, and that all the gifts and decorations were where they needed to be. She knew and spoke with each of our suppliers to make sure everyone was on the same page for times and places. Gillian was honestly the main person who made our wedding run without a hitch and we’d recommend her in a heartbeat.

The flowers were more beautiful than expected! We got a stunning bouquet, an arch and table decorations which made the room look fantastic. Great communication with them to make sure we got what we wanted. Everything was perfect!

Gillian and her team did an incredible job on our (COVID) wedding at Zonzos in December 2020! The bouquets, arch and reception looked absolutely stunning! Our guests were eager to take the flowers home at the end of the night, and I still haven't thrown my wedding bouquet out! Her attention to detail never ceased to amaze me, I'm obsessed with my king protea and blackberries!Gillian was incredibly supportive and reassuring each time we had to reschedule our wedding during COVID, and communicated regularly at every step of the way. Gillian and her team did an incredible job with the florals for our wedding back in March. She was incredibly welcoming and professional, making us feel completely at ease during the initial planning stage. We were married on the Friday of the week that restrictions started being put in place. Gillian was so flexible with ceremony locations changing back and forth up until late the night before and communicated with us so well. Our team of vendors were amazing, all working together to make sure we had the best day, despite everything that was going on around us. We couldn't recommend Gillian and her team more highly. Gillian and her wonderful team put together the flowers for our wedding and WOW! We were blown away! They supplied us with such a variety of flowers with so many different colours, textures, shapes and shades that I'd never seen before. Everything was perfect from our standing displays, table arrangements, bouquets, cake embellishments and sign adornments to our hair pieces. The team was a dream to work with. Gillian and her team are magic makers. They help create my dream wedding. I live interstate and found it challenging finding the right supplier. Right from go Gillian made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She organised Skype meetings, emailed, messaged and called all within quick time frame which made me feel relaxed and taken care of. The day before and on the day I was getting messages from Gillian to let me know everything was running smoothly. I had 1000 things to worry about for the big day but at no point was I worried about the flowers.Gillian's experience and passion for flowers clearly reflected her work. Everyone at the wedding kept raving on about how lovely the flowers were and how creatively they were put together. A truely talented floral designer and stylist.We had a hot 34 degree day and Gillian made wonderful adjustments to the flower arrangements to ensure they lasted and looked amazing throughout the day (which they did!). Although more stress on herself and the team, they set up as late as they could to make sure the flowers looked fresh and vibrant.Bouquets were delivered with water and Gillian individually spoke to everyone with flowers on flower care. Everyone that came in contact with the team (groomsman, father of the bride/groom, mother of the bride/groom, bridesmaids) all commented on Gillian's warm and bubbly personality.I can not recommend Gillian and her team enough for both the amazing flowers and creative designing/styling they did for my wedding but also the amazing journey and experience I had during the time.An absolute pleasure working with Gillian and her team ❤️

After scrolling through Instagram searching for the perfect florist for our wedding I stumbled across Gillian Pollard Designs. It was love at first sight! The planning process with Gill and her team was seamless and stress free. My first meeting with Gill was fantastic and I knew she captured what we wanted to create for our special day. Gill liaised with our venue and other suppliers and answered all of my hundreds of questions! Gill and her team created beautiful bouquet’s, button holes, a beautiful hanging installation as well as ceiling pieces that met our brief and maximised our budget. My bouquet was the show stopper as well as the beautiful loose flowers I had that the hairdresser placed in my hair. It completely transformed our venue and gave it the romantic, loved up vibes we wanted. Overall, the kindness and warmth from the staff as well as amazing creative input was exceptional and I highly recommend Gill and her team!
