Monkey Mania Campbelltown

Equipment and toys are broken and not in good order. There are not much to do, the disco room is used as a storage area. Very dirty. Waste of money and time.

I wanted to share some feedback on my experience at the Campbelltown centre 2 weeks ago. I did send this feedback directly to the centre but haven’t received any response.This was my first time here with my 3 year old despite living within 20 minutes of the centre. I found the centre to be very run down and unclean. The play section has many ripped surfaces. The entire centre was exceptionally dusty. My son spent the afternoon sneezing excessively. He is asthmatic and it caused an asthma flare due to how dusty the play structure was. I would expect as a paying customer that the centre was clean and in working order. My son was very disappointed to find the ball machine and guns were not working as he enjoys this activity at other centres. I also found the floor and surfaces to be very sticky. I am very disappointed by this experience and have wasted my money signing up for a membership when I would never take my son here again when there are clean and well looked after centres that charge a reasonable amount for children with free parent entry only a few minutes from this centre.

Kids had fun but the place is disgusting and so dirty and dusty one of my kids has asthma and definitely don't recommend going till they give it a good clean, it's thick dust.Interested to know if we can take it further as it doesn't seem to matter to the owners how gross it is and they only seem to care about 5star reviews maybe department of health or something needs a walk through.

Recently hosted a birthday party for my daughter at Monkey Mania ,Campbelltown on 18th March. Experience was not good at all as we booked Candyland room for the kids plus we got a table for adults close to that area itself. We discovered that aircon was not functioning in the Candyland room plus the area outside. It was already a hot day outside (35 °) and none of the staff was courteous enough to inform us about the malfunctioning aircon and move us to a better place. Plus for the adult platter we had to ask multiple times to give us plates to eat and get us some water. I expected to get a better service here as this was our first time here in Monkey Mania.Overall it was a pathetic experience. It was just the host who attended kids who listened to us and provided some sort of service.

Good play area for kids.Does need a lift up of gaming area.Has good option for kids from 2- 6 I'd say.Food Cafe can do better. It is quite costly.The fact adults have to pay is a turn off however you get a Boucher per adult to use at Cafe to redeem a coffee or hot beverage

The customer service I have received from Karin and Skye today has been beyond amazing! They have been so helpful and kind. I can’t express my thanks enough! They are not only professional but also kind! Really impacted our visit today! We will definitely be back!

There is an entry fee for both adults and children. The food is completely unhealthy. There is no healthy food choice, no GF, or vegan options if anybody is needing that. No available refilling of reusable water bottles. The kids had a great time though.

Stopped by with our two year old to fill our Sunday afternoon, and received absolutely above and beyond service from every member of the team!They made sure our child had an amazing experience and we will definitely be back! 10/10
