All the equipment is amazing to use because it's evenly spread out for intense workouts. The boxing bag room is a favorite for me as I'm an introvert. Would recommend that room for people with high functioning anxiety.

I wanted to cancel my membership because i moved to sydney. They made no accommodations for me, They said you need to come to the club and cancel. I told them many times its too far, they didn't care and kept billing me. I wouldn't join this club ever again. If you try calling them most likely they will not pick up either. one of the worst clubs I have been to.Don't join this club they are cheats like the many other gyms who milk you because you signed a contract.

Worn out padding on equipment. Not enough amenities on site. No scales. Dirty unmaintained equipment. Poor air circulation in building especially when hot. Entry door no indication of how to open it! Expensive vending machine product prices compared to other Plusfitness gyms. Far too many clients not using towels and using machines to sit and socialize rather than exercise.

Very unresponsive. Tried calling the gym on the landline multiple times inside of working hours on a weekday just to check whether I needed to come in person to cancel my membership since I had moved from Wollongong to Campbelltown.

Visited Wollongong with my fitness passport. Walked in to train and the owner said i need to purchase a tag for $29 or $39 to train. Clearly he doesn't know anything about a fitness passport. If we had to pay for a tag everywhere we ever trained around the world there would be no point to a fitness passport. You only purchase a tag if you would like to train after hours otherwise you just sign in.Then said i can buy a one off pass for $20. If you don't know how a fitness passport operates then you should not be signed up it.
