Australia Post - Tumbi Umbi LPO

Outstanding service. A pleasure to go into this post office. Every single person I have encountered behind the counter at this branch has been friendly, helpful, knowlegeable and efficient. So glad this is now my local Post Office.

Handy pop in post office for our local Tumbi community. They may not have all the forms you require to renew a passport but if your wanting to pay bills, do your general postage, or put your lotto on - then this is the friendly hub to do it in.

Australia Post as a post office and for picking up your parcels are excellent - no worries. In the past I would get my foreign exchange from the Australia Post online and pickup locally at Tumbi Umbi. No more!!!! First issue is that they hit you twice with a credit card fees!!! I suspect one for them and another for Travelex which I don't think is correct or legal perhaps because that would be their own transaction with Travelex not mine. Secondly, as they processed my currency order and even before I opened the package to count the foreign currency the lady says loudly that is there are any problems deal it with Travelex! Yet no where in my order had any Travelex information or conditions specified. It gave me a very smelly impression of the service.
