did my tax return last year. poor communication skills. after one year still waiting for my cheque refund. tried to get in contact several times but no response at all. probably gonna report him. did return on my own this year. got more refund than the year ehen jeff did it. thanks

After 10 months..no updates on tax return provided by this Accountant..no return phone calls provided.Delayed action..that clearly showed failure in duty of care.Caution needed no positive recommendations
