I wasn't exactly sure on what was needed for our house (ducted vs split systems) and Sam's rcommendations were honest and saved us a lot in electrical bills by not having ducted installed as it wasn't needed. Sam and his team were great start to finish. We had a ducted AC system installed on one level and a split system on another level. The quote was accompanied by good and practical advice, while taking into account what we wanted to achieve. Communication throughout the project was fantastic and always friendly, despite our many questions. The team successfully navigated some obstacles due to some quirks of the house design. Very happy with the result and overall project journey, and therefore highly recommended!

Had my AC installed over a year ago by these guys. Great value for high quality. I only need to turn it on for a few minutes before it takes the heat out of the air. Warms in winter too. Highly recommend

Samuel and Richard were fast, friendly and accommodating. They completed an install of an aircon on my rental property with no fuss and documented things that came up as they removed the old unit and put in a new one. They were also very helpful in securing me the best price with a government rebate. I would highly recommend them.

The quotation process was easy and we didn’t wait too long for installation. There was a hiccup on the day when our split systems hadn’t arrived from the supplier but Sam was able to fit us in later that week (although the installer was from a different company). They showed up on time and were friendly, professional and hard-working. We were disappointed however that one of the outdoor units was put in a different location to what were quoted for and that we weren’t consulted about this change (we didn’t look until the day after). The unit was put about a metre off ground level rather than up high on the wall out of the way as requested. It’s a safety hazard with little ones running around and takes up what was previously usable space in our small courtyard.

I found Sam to be knowledgeable, friendly and gave a competitive quote. Installation was quick, no mess no fuss. Sam made immediate contact and was communicative regarding installation times and dates. Reliable, respectful and cares about mens mental health. I am extremely happy. I will have him back in 12 months to service my new Daiken air conditioning unit. Thankyou Sam and team!
