Into Blinds

I recently had the pleasure of using Into Blinds for my outdoor blinds in-home free measure and quote and I couldn't be happier with the experience thus far. From the very start, it was incredibly easy to organise a quote with them after making an online enquiry.What really stood out to me was the fantastic customer service I received from Kim Quach. Kim was friendly, and knowledgeable, and always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. She went over, for peace of mind, multiple times my decision to ensure the colours selected were correct. She answered all of my questions and was incredibly patient as I made my decision.Not only did Into Blinds make it easy to purchase the outdoor blinds I was looking for, but they also offered the convenience of setting up finance over 48 months to pay for them. This was a great option for me, as it allowed me to comfortably manage my budget while still organising an installation for my outdoor blinds.I'm currently awaiting the installation of my outdoor blinds, but I'm already impressed with Into Blinds' level of customer service and professionalism. Once the installation is complete, I plan to update this review to reflect my experience. If you're in the market for indoor and outdoor blinds/window coverings and want a stress-free, enjoyable experience, I highly recommend Into Blinds and consider yourself luck if you're assigned Kim Quach as your consultant.

We have Rob come and do our measure and quote appointment and he was amazing. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and then gave suggestions on what would be the best. He didn’t insist we do what the company wanted like most other companies we had a quote from. He was also very helpful and very prompted with all my stupid questions. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Whilst the products I bought are lovely, the service was rotten: a 6month wait...extremely poor communication..(it was less stressful building my house)!I will not recommend Into Blinds to anyone

I have been very happy with the customer service I received from Denise and the team. Denise is a real asset, she made sure we were happy with our choices and understood what we were ordering. I especially appreciated the trip Denise and I took to two fabric suppliers to see their full range. It made the decision much easier on which fabric to choose for our lux look bedroom. Thank you Denise. I look forward to inviting you for cocktails and a swim in the pool. (When it's all finished).

I have had roller blinds and panel glides installed from into blinds, I could honestly not be happier with the customer service and people I have dealt with at this company from start to finish and the process was made easy and fast. I would really recommend this company.

This company’s organisation is terrible. They phoned me earlier this morning (Tuesday) to change my appointment time (made a week ago as a priority) and I agreed to the time change. THEN they sent me a text 5 hours later changing the time AND DAY again without any consultation, to the only day I couldn’t do it! Telling me ‘I didn’t answer my phone (when I’d spoken to them already today and actually don’t spend all day answering phone calls when I’m working), is simply not good enough, sorry. To be asked 4 times if I can make it next week when I’d already said I couldn’t, is silly. Sigh.

IntoBlinds had a wonderful family friendly culture through the whole process, from quotation through to installation. They were knowledgeable, helpful, friendly competitive and willing to beat competitors. In addition, they are perfectionist and were proactive to adjust any faulty blinds (we just had one of 20 which had two little holes in them). I would highly recommend them and can’t wait for my next project! Thank you Melissa and Simon !
