SEQ Custom Renovations

We have just used SEQ Custom Renovations for the first time and we can’t speak highly enough of them. So refreshing and unusual to deal with a company that answers their phone when you ring them, answers texts straightaway and arrives promptly when they say they are going to arrive. The work was excellent and they take great pride in doing a good job. They cleaned up after themselves every day, and were polite, friendly and easy to talk to. Karl and John obviously enjoy what they do and it shows in the finished product. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone we know.

We got to know Karl and John pretty well over a 9 month major renovation project they handled for us. It was a giant project of pretty much gutting the whole house. They renovated 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, rumpus, media room and living room. Nothing was a problem for them. From framing, sheeting and painting. You couldn't find better guys for a renovation project.

The guys from SEQ custom renovations have just finished a job for us that involved moving some internal walls, plastering, adding a linen cupboard and fixing our ceiling as well. We are extremely happy with the finished job and you can tell they take pride in doing a great job and work to a high standard. They also made sure to cover all our furniture to protect it and put up plastic partitions to stop dust from spreading throughout the house. Just look at this workmanship. There used to be a walkthrough gap here, these guys expertly closed the gap for us and installed the window. Over the years they have done many jobs for us, deck painting, door installation etc.. These guys are extremely versatile, do excellent work, are happy, polite and very fair on their pricing. I wouldn't use anyone else for household repairs. We have used this team for the past 10 years.

Had some pretty bad water damage to my ceilings and walls and i definately contacted the right Tradesmen with SEQ Custom Renovations.Not only were they contactable everytime for any consultative query but the finished job was so much better than how it originally was I just had to keep them working on my wish list which went from roof to re-flooring including all of the painting to walls, ceilings and doors.Their experience was not limited to one trade and was really a one stop shop all the way to a speedy, full renovation.Their commitment to finishing the job was second to none.Over the years, many cpmpanies have left me hanging and chasing them up to finish the job was a job on its own but not with these Guys.Exceptionally Professional and worthy of my first, well deserved website review.Craig Hamer

January 2023 - SEQ customs Renovations continue to assist me with repair jobs on my rental property and my home. They do an amazing job each time. They do a wonderful job at painting. They prepare for painting properly and use quality paint. I have always been happy with their service and continue to refer them. I highly recommend them any day.And I used them about 4 years ago and have just update my review so it’s current.

We were very fortunate to have Karl, John and Tony do major repairs to our home. Whole ceilings needed to be pulled down and repairs and repaint done throughout. They were brilliant to work with! Very open and honest with their communication, and helping us understand what needed to be done and why. Cost was also reasonable given the amount of work to be done and they really took care to do the job right. We have future work to come and we will without a doubt be calling Karl’s team again. If you want builders who are trustworthy, on time, and all round great people then get in touch with Karl and his team. You’ll be very glad you did!

Highly recommend these guys, very professional and have an eye for detail. I wanted to make a unused room more practical for teenagers to use. They added a wall with cavity sliders, it looks as though it had been part of the design from build. Very functional, more than happy with the results. We have asked for it to be left at undercoat stage as we have a professional painter in the family, but I know they would done a fantastic job.
