We first got to know Emine, our property manager back in 2020 in the midst of covid. It was a huge decision to choose her as we were not only looking for someone to simply look after our property but also someone trusted and reliable to manage it as we’ll be living overseas. These past couple of years, our property manager Emine has not only proven that she is reliable but she is also hard working and always does her best for her clients. We are very happy with her service and look forward to many more years engaging with her.

She really cares about all aspects of the business and makes sure that everyone is informed, heard, and happy. She’s helpful, passionate, super patient and professional about all things property and also a very lovely person to chat with. Sarah Willing has been excellent in managing tenancies for my unit over the years. She is clear and concise in her communications, and always kept me informed. Sarah worked for both owner and tenants which meant my unit was well occupied with no issues. The reports from MGM Martin were timely and informative. Highly recommended.
