Took my car into the Nerang store an seen Dan about a week ago to get a leak fixed and new front and rear rotors paid $1400 to find out when I get my car back that the leak hadn’t even been touched I still had a leak so I took it back into them today and spoke to Dan he told me it had already been done and that I need to spend another $1200 to fix it then also wanted another $640 then told me he doesn’t want anything to do with the car so iv basically lost $800 on a leak that he didn’t even touch so I left them and went straight to another mechanic they told me it was something completely different I definitely do not recommend these guys to anyone especially Dan!! They are probably the most dodgy mechanic iv come across on the Gold Coast think twice before taking your car there I can guarantee you will be ripped off i am not the type of person to leave a review but thought I’d try help out some people before taking your car to these guys

I was very pleased with my experience with this shop. I came in for both rear tyre replacement, they did a super job to meet my personal needs of having to be somewhere straight after, it was done in a timely manner. I couldn’t be more grateful for the great service time effort, and Quality job.

This response is totally rubbish. Of course, nobody would appreciate such kind business.The truth is! When I asked to balance the tires, the guy took of the wheels, balanced it and put them back on in less the 10 minutes.When I was going to pay for it the cashier told me there is a severe damage on the lower control arm which needs to be fixed. It would cost about $500. When I asked to show me what’s wrong, the guy told me he is not a mechanic I have to make an appointment.A view days later I went to another workshop and ask if they can check the lower control arm and tell me how much it would cost to fix it. I was completely shocked when the mechanic came back and told me there is nothing wrong with my car.I decided to go back to budget tyres to ask them to show me the severe damage on my car which they mentioned days before.The guy, which told me before he is not a mechanic took the car, put it on the hydraulic ramp and started to tamper with a steel bar on my car. When I asked him, I want see what he is doing, he got excited throw the bar on the floor and started swearing.For me it was obviously what was going on and why he got so upset. That was not about a safety issue it was for other reasons.Pure people who get caught under such circumstance.

Extremely helpful, turned up with no appointment. Greeted by Dan, friendly and super helpful with tyre selection. They were fitted whilst I waited in comfort in their lounge area. They were awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tyres.I have looked for the price of the fitted tyres on-line since and have not found them cheaper!Go for the great service and be delighted by the price.Thanks so much.

Not too bad was a bit pricey 2 drum breaks replacement $550 but they offer afterpay so was easier to purchase which works out to be $137 fortnightly payments.Also it would really help you if you are having car trouble to know what problems needed to be fixed be very specific describing your vehicle issues and explain.Other than that they are very good at completing the job at task
