We traveled down from up North to have work done on our 2 Royal Enfield Himalayans. One with 25K & the other with 30k. We thought it was going to be just a service, but shortly after dropping the bikes off we received a call advising us that in Tommy's opinion, the headset bearings on one of the bikes needed urgent attention. We value Tommy's opinion & though we we were short of time we readily agreed to the work. Tommy worked through his lunch hour & still managed to get all the works completed at the prearranged time. The bike corners much better now. Its amazing what you get used to when riding on a daily basis & how wear can build up unnoticed. Tommy's skills as a master mechanic are greatly appreciated.Well done & thanks very much once again.Until next timeVicki

I know when people read these reviews, they sometimes wonder whether its all bull... but !! I was recommended a few years back for these guys to work on and bring back my Norton Commando to working condition. Trevor, did a wonderful job and I am one very happy biker, so much so that I now send all my six motorcycles to Surfside for any repairs. I am one who normally never leaves feed back, but for these guys, I truely recommend them.

Some thing totally different for the northern beachesMotorcycle garage at the back and a cool American style dinner at the front. Loads of under cover out door tables and plenty of seating inside including . 50s style Diner benches .I got the chicken schnitzel dinner which was great they serve bottled beer and two types of tap beer for 5 dollars. A very relaxed atmosphere good place to have a couple of beers and a feed around lunch or a early finish after work.. Definitely worth a visit

Avoid this business at all costs. I recently brought my bike in and requested three specific tasks: changing the back tire, replacing the brake pads, and checking the valve adjustments. They quoted me $300 for the job, which was already expensive since I brought my own parts that I had purchased online. However, since they had good availability, I decided to proceed with the service.The same day, they called me to inform me that my bike was ready, but then they informed me that they had performed a full service which came to a total of $670, including the original $300 quote. When I arrived to pick up my bike, the owner disappeared very quickly and sent the mechanic to try to explain why I had to pay for the full service I didn't even ask for. After arguing with the mechanic for 15 minutes, we finally agreed on a price of $430 because I wanted to get out of there.The mechanic was lying through his teeth to justify the extra hours, and even had the nerve to try charge me $30 for an environmental fee" to dispose of oil that didn't even need changing

Great Service! Andrea is fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable. Explained difference of the 2 bikes i was deciding between. Ordered in the gear i needed and guided me for sizing. The staff all acknowledge you and the vibe is relaxed. Will be back for the next bike. Also ordered in original enfield part which will be fitted by their workshop.

If you're after a achoholic escapade and a soggy sandwich this is your place. However if you need service or sales these people are actively unhelpful and distinctly rude. One staff member was openly drinking and intoxicated, proceeding to insult me while I stood at the counter. I can't believe this is a functioning business and not a brewery
