Honestly, I don’t know how this business is still standing. Horrific customer service. Either need to train their staff or hire staff that actually want to be there. Only gave 1 star because I had to give something. Absolutely horrendous!

Food is normally good, I can't say i've ever been too dissatisfied with anything I have purchased from this store. However, the service is notoriously slow to the point where I often choose other restaurants if I see people in the store because I could be waiting there for a considerable amount of time.I've also ordered online in the past for collections which have not been ready on time.

Not friendly service and disappointing food. Server wasn’t friendly, the bread was dry and not fresh. Stingy with ingredients (only got 2 cucumber slices) and the cookies were hard and dry (not the same as other subway shops). Outdoor seating was slanted and uncomfortable. Eftpos machine was down and had to walk to get cash out. The cash change she gave me was ripped and probably non legal tender. Was very let down :(

Service is average, have ordered on the subway app twice and both times the order has been incorrect. When calling the store to advise, they were unprofessional and unapologetic. The subs we got were not only incorrect, there was also minimal toppings and not fresh. This is the only subway we have had this issue with. Would give zero stars if I could.

They were rude and they have faulty eftpos machines then don’t give you your sandwich and you have to wait 2 days to be refunded. Appalling. They then proceeded to not give you they’re managers details to complain. Very inconvenienced and hungry. Never going back.

Really gross. Been there two or three times now. Really rude, never actually toasted, bloke practically fingered my sandwich to close it but I don’t know why cause the most of anything he put on there was onion. Found not 1 but 2 hairs in my Sammich not even half way through. Contemplating if $8.20 is worth the refund and going back but from reading other reviews I can’t be bothered to argue with rude, unbearable staff. The crappest subway location I’ve EVER been to

1 because I had to put a star. RUDE LADY AT FRONT. I payed for my sun it went through and didn’t on their machine but went out of my account they were rude about it and refused to give me the sandwich we just payed for. Appalling staff need to learn customer is right in customer service. Will not be coming back.
