I wish I could give 6 stars! I can’t recommend Troy and his team highly enough. Troy made the process of choosing and designing an engagement ring easy and enjoyable. He is a highly skilled jeweller (the end product is 10/10) and offers no-nonsense, fair pricing (forget the overpriced stuff in the city). Thank you to Troy and the team, we’ll be back for our wedding bands soon!

I've now had three pieces of jewellery made by Troy (including my engagement ring) and I couldn't recommend him and his amazing team in-store more highly. Troy is just lovely and so knowledgeable. He listens and provides great advice when designing with you. The pieces are incredibly high quality and very reasonably priced. Brilliant after-care with cleaning and any adjustments as well. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

I am so glad I met Troy; he is a truly high quality jeweller. I purchased an engagement ring through him that he built form the ground up and he was informative, collaborative, friendly and enthusiastic throughout the process. I have two things thanks to Troy - the best looking engagement ring ever, and a forever go-to jeweller. 5-star extremely quality individual and business. Troy O’Brien came recommended via a local Facebook group and absolutely lives up to the reputation. I stopped by to polish my engagement & wedding rings, & to tighten a few loose stones they found. The result took my breathe away. Exactly what you want in a jeweller; trust, care, confidence and at reasonable prices.

Troy designs and makes beautiful jewellery. I'd highly recommend speaking with him if you want a special piece that is high quality yet affordable. Troy went above and beyond making sure my ring was perfect, despite the extra work and expense he very kindly put in. Amazing service. He and his staff are always helpful, thoughtful and patient, and the shop is full of tempting pieces in different styles. My sister's jewellery has come from Troy for years, and we've just bought my step-daughter's first piece of serious jewellery from Troy, which she chose herself and loves. I don't usually do Google reviews but this business definitely deserves the five star rating.
