Great gym with all modern equipment for both the amateur and professional bodybuilder or powerlifter. Plenty of room to train in a large expansive space. The mono-lifts for squatting helps get you ready for all the powerlifting competitions. Supported by outstanding personal trainers whose advice makes workouts safe and allow you to get the best possible results for your goals. Parking can be an issue on site with plenty of on street parking in the area. Highly recommended.
