They didn’t shave the skin off the feet and I paid for a deluxe pedi so you’d think it was included.. an elderly lady complained about it next to me and the lady didn’t seem too happy to be doing it, but done it anyway. And then she didn’t do mine, I wasn’t going to ask for it like the other lady though.The nails are nice though. Nice atmosphere.

Very clean, the girls are always lovely. We get out pedicures and sometimes acrylics don’t here and they are always long lasting and we always get fantastic service, plus super flexible with booking which is great when you need a last minute appointment!

Great Pedi & Mani w my daughter. I know it's tricky when u take walk-ins & I've booked a time. Surely u can placate the walk-ins & not make us wait 25 mins from our scheduled appt. Other than that, v happy w the level of service

I went to this salon few times. Almost always had to wait for 30 minutes before they start even though on the phone they said ok to come now. Their English is poor and often didn't understand what I wanted and got frustrated at me. Horrible customer service. Will not go there ever again.

First time use of the S&S powder, very impressed with this product, technique and skills used by the friendly staff. Salon extremely clean and tidy with a relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend this nail salon.

DO NOT GO HERE, pierced my skin when filing my nail, nails r uneven in length and shaping is terrible, and overpriced

Been here twice now and cannot recommend them enough, such a lovely and calm experience and you leave with nice thin nails. The best nail salon in Hervey Bay!
