I wouldn't let this company even build me something with paddle pop sticks. I don't think they own a spirit level and if they do they let stevie wonder have a crack with it. Concrete has more crank than southport. Towel rails fitted with timber plugs into tile. No 2 tiles line up and the ones that do have popped up, flooring looks like a 2 year old got handed scissors to do the job. Kitchen joinery is terrible. Render job is terrible. Paint job is terrible. Couple of nails to hold some vinyl tiles on the wall (surprise that didn't work either).

Perfect experience. Met the builders at our block of land and we brainstormed what we wished to achieve. Our brief was complex as our site sloped away from the road and we wanted every room to have a view. Amazingly the perfect plan was achieved and build as promised on budget, on time and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to customize a plan. I would also like to add the final price was on par with other people who chose project builders so there wasn't really an extra cost for customizing the house which is absolutely amazing.
