I had just called the clinic to book an appointment. The guy that picked up my phone call took down my details then decided to hang up on me when he offered me an appointment next Monday which I rejected and suggested a time on Wednesday. I am so confused but that was rude and he sounded uninterested. Unnecessary.

Over many many years, being all around Australia ; I find eaton/Australind medical centre, outstanding. Very professional, friendly go above and beyond to ensure you are very well looked after. Remembering, our medical system is one of the very best in the world. Yes, a little patience is required, like all, extremely busy. Highly recommended.

Very rude staff we were couple of mins late and was told if we late will put it as no show even though my partner was waiting and not allow in. My partner was sitting next to me and no one else and be asked to put his mask on.

Have been a patient of this practice for the 3.5 years. I am 65 years old and I require a script for medication that has been prescribed by a Dr at this practice. I rang today to get an appointment just for the script to be told it costs $25.00 just for the script. Why should I keep my loyalty at Eaton to see my family Dr when I cannot see her for at least a month.
