The worst customer service you can ever find in the energy industry. Sent several emails requesting canceling the service due to be absolutely impossible to get in touch with them. No one answer… forget about calling them, a completely wast of time, they will out you on hold until you end up giving up.Also, I’m using this communication Chanel to request service cancelation. Can anyone get in touch please.Absolute disgusted with this company

They are actually proper useless everyone there should be sacked their signature move is making you wait on hold for an hour then just randomly hanging up and not calling back and don't even get started on the emails it's like they just have randoms replying like there is no relevance to what they say

By far the worst electic company out there. Customer service is pathetic departments dont talk to each othwr and you will spend hours on the phone just to never get a call back.I got a solar battery and cannot recomwe against them currently going through ombudsmand and about to start the process for QCAT the push to sell something that was installed incorrectly and does not provide whast is needed my bill is even higher with the battery

Ordered gas bottle, waited all day and they did not turn up. I contacted Origin and they said the 'truck broke down'. Asked why no one called or sms to advise of this. No response. Wanted to speak to the delivery team and was advised they don't take calls. Still waiting on the delivery. Poor customer service .

Horrible customer service! I have been with Origin (energy) for almost 20yrs, and Origin (gas) for over 10yrs! Cancelling both this week, and finding a new electricity and gas provider! Not only is their customer service non existent, they also seem to have a lot of truck breakdowns" every year

I wish I had of read all of these bad reviews before trying to deal with Original . Terrible service, terrible communication, overpriced. Absolutely nothing good about this company. Do yourself a favour and steer clear!

order 2 weeks in advance, date promised failed to deliver. contact support multiple times they cannot give me a update nor escalate the issue. so stay away from these guys if you want gas

Ordered lpg refill bottle. 2 weeks on no delivery. Origin cancelled my order for no apparent reason. Re ordered.. still no delivery. Services wasn’t at its worst in the past but this year, it is worst ever. Avoid Origin lpg.

Useless they couldn't be bothered delivering gas and then didn't let us know it wasn't coming so we waited for a week I rang them and they said no its not coming because our driver doesn't want to go up yr drivewayWe went to a different supplier and got the gas the next day
