I have loved training at CrossFit Sydney. This place is more than just jumping around getting sweaty for an hour like most group fitness classes. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. The programming was excellent and I left every session feeling like, not only had I had a good workout, but I had also learnt something and made progress in my movements. Saturday mornings are my favourite!

CrossFit Sydney has changed my life. At 61, I have become stronger, fitter, taller, and healthier. The training is awesome - small groups scaled to each individual's ability. The trainers are so knowledgeable and vigilant, ensuring correct technique is adopted at all times. Importantly I love the vibe, it's super friendly and unpretentious. I'm addicted!

THE BEST GYM EVER!I didn't have ANY fitness backgrounds when I joined CrossFit Sydney, and I have been training there for over 2 years and I can confidently say that I gain lots of knowledge and got to know myself better.When I started CrossFit I was worried about getting injured or just intense workouts, BUT this gym absolutely changed my stereotype. Andrew and the coaches know what they are doing, and by following their instructions and knowing my limits, I haven't been injured or got too tired after workouts - I'm just naturally clumsy, so I sometimes got hurt outside of the gym though.. I started from 35kg squat max, and now I can lift more than doubled weight. I can do pull ups, cleans, snatches, handstand, and other crazy things that I hadn't even thought about doing it!I learnt a lot, laughed a lot, and lifted a lot. This gym made my life better, and I definitely want more people to enjoy this lifestyle. It's a shame that I need to leave the gym, as I'm leaving Sydney, but I would definitely come back when I come back to Australia.Oh. One of the best thing about the gym - super easy process to join, hold, or cancel the membership. They offer free trials, just come by and jump into the class, and you will LOVE it.Oh. Oh. Oh. And they have lots of dogs hanging around!! You can easily spend 2 hours patting dogs there..

A great gym with a fun crowd in a relaxed environment. Andrews sessions are really well structured. My fitness overall has vastly improved in the last few months to new levels such as achieving a sub 7 minute 2000M time trial on the rowing ergo which has always been a goal of mine. The biggest thing for me though is the motivation it provides and boredom from the routine not setting in, which I always experience in a mainstream gym. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to improve fitness, loss weight, sports conditioning (multiple programming options available for those needing) or just multiple class options and times.

As a mum of two young kids, who have tried many main stream gyms, I found that CrossFit Sydney has been the only one that delivered results for me.Don't let the concept of CrossFit scare you because training at CrossFit Sydney is all personal based. Andrew and his team really look after you.You will meet great people at this gym. No one has ever made me feel inferior because I couldn't lift big weights, or came last in a workout. Everyone is so encouraging. It's all about beating your own record. :)Give it a go, you won't regret it!

Thanks to Andy and the team at crossfit sydney. I have been training with the lifters for 4 years. In that time I've increased my squat to well over double bodyweight, won 5 elite national medals and one national championship. Andy has seen me through good times and injury. He puts up with my complaining, and throws in some quality smack talk. I hate it when he's right, but I'm a better athlete for it.Here's to another season.time to nap

Incredible gym, highly recommend!This gym completely goes against the crossfit cliches / stereotypes that made me apprehensive about joining in the first place - it is an incredibly supportive and friendly environment where I have not only achieved fitness and strength gains wildly beyond my expectations but also developed new friendships and found a family.Andrew and his team are incredible at developing tailored programs for each individual member, based on their fitness levels, goals, and preferred training styles. The classes are super fun, variable, social, and never get boring. The additional weightlifting and mobility classes are an added bonus.

Super experienced trainers. Welcoming, inclusive, non intimidating vibe. I came to the gym with very little experience and have learn't so much in such a short time. Training focusses on strength and mobility and scaled to suite your level. Liz and Andrew are incredible trainers. Love the relaxed, community atmosphere. No matter your level everyone is welcome. Highly recommend.

I've been training at Crossfit Sydney for 2 years and couldn't be happier with the results. I've noticed my body change for the better over that time (going 3 to 4x p/week) but most importantly - my strength & core. The trainers are supportive and the community as a whole are great - I've made good friends there which makes each class enjoyable. Another great thing I love about this gym is how spacious it is - especially compared to other gyms in inner Sydney where I did some trials prior to joining. There are a reasonable number of classes to choose from throughout the day and a physio available on site if needed. It's quite competitively priced compared to other gyms in the area too. The protein shakes, coffee & slushies available to purchase (cheaply!) are and added bonus, especially at the end of each class! Highly recommend.
