Callum & the Juicer team were wonderful to deal with. My charging cable arrived in Melbourne very quickly. Callum also answered my questions as I was concerned about stock levels (… I found out the inconvenient way that other companies list products they don’t have in stock and then notify the buyer AFTER the online payment!)The cable bag is also top quality and nicely packs away the charging cable.

Very fast response pre and post sales.Products feel really solid and would not worry if I accidentally dropped plugs on the ground (they'd scratch but would definitely survive). They are heavy and has a thicker than usual cabling, not like those you see from ebay or manufacturer provided cables which are thin and if you drove them will wear or even break.Tried on several different chargers from different providers, all worked on first tries. No connectivity issues.Adapter fitted on a Type 1 charger and worked immediately on my Type2 vehicle. No problems charging on first attempt as well.Would definitely be back for more if i need anything else.

Great Customer service with a Fast response.I have bought 2 products from them. The response was fast with quick carbon neutral delivery. 100% satisfied.Since I am new to EV world they help me choose correct type 2 to type 2 cable with 22kw for my Tesla Model 3.I wanted a charger to display real time accurate consumption from sources (not from car) so that I can compensate small businesses who offer their plug for usage based on actual consumptions. Only at Jucer I was able to find charger that can do that for me.The bundle deal was just too awesome to miss.The build quality for products are great and complimentary bags keeps things tidy and secure in frunk.See pictures below.
