Brilliant Car Wash

Awful wash and even worse service.Tried to go through the autowash and the machine took my payment but wouldn't wash my car.Called the service number and after a while got through. They promised me they'd refund me but I still haven't received it and now they won't respond to my messages.They told me to try putting the payment through again and selecting the more expensive wash. It worked this time but the quality was awful. It left pink foam on my car and dirt that I could run my finger over and remove better than their wash.

Don't waste your money. The auto wash on the highest tier wash essentially just gets your car wet. No dirt actually comes off

Worst car wash ever. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. Foam brushes don’t even work. Will never be coming back again.

Facilities are okay, bins always overflowing whenever I go.Vacuums work fine, noting only some take card, others only take $1/$2 coin.FYI the change machine only takes notes, no cash out facility provided.Washing bays are also fine.

Machine ate two of my gold coins I wanted to use to avoid the hefty card surcharge. Now chasing up a refund is difficult with no staff around and nobody returning my calls.Edit: refund eventually processed.

Used to find this place half decent but after today I will only use this place for emergencies. The soaps didn’t well, soap or clean, meaning it’s only the pressure getting the dirt off (I don’t ever use the brushes because it’s a massive scratch risk), still left quite some amount of dirt on the car after, also when switching between modes it took quite a bit for the waters to switch over wasting just that smidge more time, and then at the very end when I went to use the air dryer (the only reason why I chose this place) didn’t turn on, so had wasted $ for it to only fail and had to leave still dirty and definitely not ‘brilliant’.So yeah only recommend this if you’re in desperate need! Shame, used to be okay.

More like Really Average Car Wash. I bought the highest tier wash for my company car, but you could hardly tell it had ben through the wash. In addition, the machine didn't provide a receipt and despite phone calls and follow up, the proprietors have not bothered to issue one. Waste of time, waste of money

AVOID AVOID AVOIDPaid for deluxe auto car wash, and afterwards discovered tons of dirt and streaks all over car. Auto wash machine did not clean the car at all, in fact it spread dirt around the whole car that was not there before (SEE PHOTOS). Called them to request a refund, I was very calm and nice about it, but just got yelled at by an angry man named Jim. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, from any business. Do not waste you money here. Auto wash made my car worse, now I have to clean it by hand. Crazy to get yelled at after nicely asking for a refund. GO ELSEWHERE!

today they charged me 25 aud and any thing was working!! nobody was there to help and the phone never answered!!! really bad service
