Whiteroom Snow

I love visiting the Whiteroom when in Torquay. They punch well above their weight! They have a huge selection of Snowboarding kit and the staff are extremely knowable and friendly, but most of all very passionate about snowboarding!

Great products. Plenty of stock. Not a good change room though. Friendly shop assistant.

Was picking some gear for the snow season and was assisted by Eden. He was such a huge help when deciding between different brands and materials. Eden is a legend. Cheers for the help!

Emailed a question about a skateboard and got and email and call back the same day. Jordan was very helpful.I bought the board and everything went smoothly with quick delivery.

I love supporting local business and this shop usually does deliver good service, however they stuffed me around with my recent purchase. I bought boots that required heat moulding. They called to let me know they were in and that I could pick them up. When I did they were unable to do the heat moulding due to staff not having had the training and that I would be required to return. I changed my day around so I could return to be told that the machine was broken and that the trained staff member didn't really know how to do it. This has left me needed to conduct the moulding myself and 2 trips to Torquay that I didn't need to make. Worried that the business service depends on the staff and to actually get expert knowledge or assistance you'll need the owners in.

The people here know what they are talking about, really helpful and dont sell you something just for a sell. If you have any questions about snowboarding they are happy to answer.
