This is a great way for the kids to just have fun. After two + years that we invested with my boys going every week - I was told that this Gymnastics Centre was for the kids to have fun. If your looking for a great way to save some cash send your kids to the park.

Fantastic gymnastics venue, especially now the gym has doubled in size! The staff are very warm, welcoming and caring and the programs are very age appropriate. Highly recommend this centre, it's great to watch your child develop their skills & confidence. It's great value for money, our daughter loves it!

Both my kids have been going for a couple of years now and not only do they go and have loads of fun, they have developed amazing skill and confidence. The teachers there are all extremely dedicated and have up to date knowledge on not only gymnastics techniques but how to do it safely. The owners are very hands on and are only too happy to help with anything if needed. My son in particular has developmental delays and over the time has really come along leaps and bounds (literally) and his social nature has sky rocketed. I firmly believe it's because of the help and dedication of these lovely people. Thank you Gungahlin Gymnastics and Dance!

Gungahlin Gymnastics offer a huge range of classes from Kinder Gym right through adults, all taught by accredited gymnastics coaches from a new facility (which is currently expanding) in Mitchell. As a complete beginner and an adult I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I was welcomed with open arms and provided with buckets of encouragement and support! I love the philosophy of the gym of putting fun and safety first - while the coaches all take their jobs seriously this approach takes a lot of pressure off, particularly as a complete beginner, and allowed me to learn and build my confidence in a positive and supportive environment. If you've always had a dream to try gymnastics or want to give your kids a positive, safe and fun environment to learn new skills and confidence - you can't go past Gungahlin Gymnastics (and there is plenty of parking to boot!)

Great gym! We train here when visiting from Melbourne, the club are always accommodating and happy to have our daughter for a day or beyond to suit our periods in Canberra. The coaching staff are engaging and our daughter always loves visiting! Thanks Meg & Joel

It was great at first but they don’t have enough qualified staff to run the classes sometimes. They recently did a big recruitment drive on seek for staff advertising that it didn’t require any prior skill or knowledge. They even sent emails to parents asking to come and teach saying you don’t need any qualifications. I just think its loosing the quality of the classes now. It’s disappointing as it had such a good rep in the beginning.

In my experience, the adult gymnastics has limited opportunities for skill development. The low coach to participant" ratio means that the coaches mainly perform supervision duties
