I was shopping at your store today 16/5/23 when my trolley was full and I had got everything I wanted I proceeded to the checkout where I found none of the normal checkouts open, I asked at the express checkout why and was told that I could go through there but could not get my shopping bagged and to bag it myself would be awkward at best I was not impressed with that situation so I left my trolley at the checkout with my shopping and walked out, I was so impressed that wool worths are definitely a no go for me now or in the future. I

Stocked well most times.Not everyone can shop at earlier hour's so evenings,7 pm onwards is the only option.Big should out to the night-fill gentlemen who wears glasses that works in the perishables section. He is always very curtious and friendly. His work area is clear of any debris and obstructions like pallets or trolleys.Can't say the same for the other areas, I've seen empty pallets in the middle of the floor, stood upright leaning against loaded pallets, and just stood upright on its own.Pallet jacks and stock trolleys left in the middle of the floor, loaded pallet jacks being pulled though out the store, even electric ones.Verbal communication from the staff, such as excuse me, sorry, passing through, is all that is needed. Not all customers understand how hard it is to come to a complete stop pushing, pulling loaded trolleys or pallet jacks.Instead, the staff just carry on not even making any eye contact.Unfortunately, sale price tags are removed on the final night of sale, which causes a lot of confusion and hesitation on purchasing items that are advertised on sale up to Wednesday.Sale tags should be removed after closing so the customers can get most of the sales available.I picked up an item advertised as 1/2 price, and the price displayed was full price, this wasn't a case of the tags fallen off.I've seen piled up scrunched sale tags on the floor, in bags or even in empty cartons besides stockers trolleys.When scanned at registers, I was charged the advertised 1/2 price.

I hope you 'teach' your staff to be kind and polite to customers when choosing them to work at Woolworths. On 20th May, I visited my fav store and used self checkout, hoping to get out quickly (other checkouts were very busy) I needed to wait for customer service representative (on screen message) . Mel who was appointed to work there, took very long time (with customer before me) and was rude afterwards to next couple of waiting customers, saying one at a time' ...No 'please'

Usually good but no hot cross buns ready to day at 9am not good

Always helpful staff, Always clean, Always fresh items from the Deli and bakery.

It would be nice to get a hello from the staff member. Also she did not offer the promotion that was on at the time. I totally forgot about it until I got home to the grandchildren.

Clean and bright. Stock can run out at times. Have found that some refrigerated goods don't have the shelf life I find in other Woolworths stores. Mostly staff are helpful and courteous.
