I have trained with Rhiannon at both Albion and West End for over a year. I have no co-ordination, really bad adhd and am hyper mobile. I have no idea what my body does other than carry my head around. Rhi has helped me so much. She gives me a verbal bullet point list of what muscles to engage / sequence as I do an exercise so I get it right. She helps me find the right muscle by touching it to remind me what I trying to feel. I am stronger. Rhi is relatable, funny and really knows what she is doing. Cannot recommend her more.

Celeste is the most caring health professional/ exercise physiologist. She always goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals. She really listens and takes your individual circumstances into account. I highly recommend Celeste to anyone with an injury, wanting to achieve elite sporting goals, or just get healthier.

I go to Albion every Saturday for my session with Rhi. It’s so nice and quiet and equipment readily available when needed. Rhi is great and have referred my partner and a friend to her - really knows what she’s talking about and has been a great help to me on my fitness journey

I have trained with Tom at Inspire for nearly 2 years.His knowledge and well rounded approach to training has made my rehab and strength training so much easier.The whole team is great value, the facility is modern.Highly recommend training here whether it is to assist with injury recovery or not.
