Wow! This place has an incredible Bahn Mi and lives up to the hype. The buns are made fresh in stores and are perfectly crunchy onoutside and soft on the inside. Sometimes Bahn mi buns are a bit too hard, but that's not the case here. I got a mix of the crispygrilled pork and they were so crunchy and juicy. They also have fried sesame balls that are filled with mung bean and red bean onweekends. For A$10.50, you can't get a better meal in Melbourne!

The service was extremely rude. I ordered five rolls today and she was only preparing four of them. I remind her nicely that my order was five rolls and she kept insisting I ordered four rolls only. I told her it was five rolls that I ordered then she rolled her eyes on me before making the another roll. What a disgrace service! I will abuse her if there weren't so many people in the shop. WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN!

Daniyeru's Detailed Review:Customer Service 5/5*Friendly service from the vietnamese ladies is!Food 4/5*Meatballs are so good, soft and delicious as well as the grilled meatballs! Quality toppings as well!*Only issue is the buns, they are dry and left in room temperature. There are other banh mi places that heat the bun and is absolute heaven*Soft Gravy Meat pies are also delicious and handmade.Value 5/5*Only $8 for a delicious quality banhmi, why not??Atmosphere 4/5*Very Richmond like vibe, no frills vietnamese banhmi take out. No seats.Overall*I would definitely stop by if in the area, as it is so affordable. But there are better banhmi places if you look, you shall find.

Update review:This is my go to place for Bahn Mi, but today I was disappointed that I didn't get all the items I paid for in my bag. Must have been a mixed up as it was a busy day. We were so ready to taste the tasty bahn Mi at home. Anyway, if you live nearby you could easily go back and the staff would give you what they have mistakenly didnt do.For now Springvale bahn Mi place wins, they have more variety, taste as good of not better, cheaper and so far I always get what I paid for.I am also keeping my previous review for reference:3 months ago: One of my favorite Bahn Mi place in Melbourne. Crispy pork will cost you $10, the most expensive of all bahn mi, BUT it's worth it. Give it a try.

I wouldn't say it is the best Crispy/roast pork Bánh mì I have ever had but it was good. But I hope there were more filling/meat in the bánh mì. But i really like their sesame balls (both red bean and mung bean). The highlight would be their mini Bánh mì. I bought 4 and made mini sandwich for work lunch - it was delicious. Mini bánh mì makes me coming back for sure

No wonder this place gets the long queue it does! Their banh mi's are top tier. Ordered the Grilled Chicken Banh mi, and it is boasting with ingredients and flavour. The chicken is juicy, the pate is creamy and compliments the rest of the ingredients perfectly.The bread itself is so crispy and flaky, not the ones that cut your gums.Not the biggest fan of Pork, but the Crispy Pork belly sitting the in Bain Marie looked divine!!! Pork rolls were flying out the door, and the wait time isn't too bad, as they have many staff pumping out the banh mis. Would come here daily if I lived closer! Hopefully they open one around the Northern suburbs

One of the best banh mi’s I’ve had - we got the crispy pork which was delicious! Bread was soft and the pork skin was super crispy and perfectly seasoned. The white iced coffee was also refreshing and not too sweet.
