Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the product. Had a minor issue and James responded quickly and efficiently to ensure the issue is resolved. I would definitely recommend buying your tiles from here. They are outstanding.

There is a good collection of tiles. A lot of them are possible to be picked up immediately.The price is very reasonable.But the 5 stars goes to the staff who were there on the floor that day. No matter how busy, they were eager to help. Answered the questions with patience. When we were leaving we were given a polite bow of head and a smile. We did not buy anything that day simply because we were not ready to order. With service like this, I have no issues going back there to buy tiles.

The most extensive range of beautiful tiles & stone. We drive over an hour to order from here as they have unique tile designs, modern as well as heritage style tiles. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend!

There is a sales rep there by the name of Vivianne. She is phenomenal. 5 stars customer service. I have been many times and other reps dont even acknowledge when you walk in. She is friendly, welcoming and honestly goes above and beyond willingly , patient and happy to offer many recommendations. If i had a business i would hire her and offer her whatever she wanted. She is an asset.

We have just taken delivery of our tiles, and Show Tile have been very helpful with the selection of our tiles by getting some samples in for us to take home and look at. That reassured us that our selection was going to work in the space.Our tiles were delivered and brought in from the road by forklift so that made the delivery easy with the current rainy conditions. The alternative would have been that the tiles were delivered to the roadside and we would have had to carry two pallet loads in by hand.Thanks
