Went to get a haircut and the lady honestly ruined my hair. She gave me layers when I didn’t ask for layers and said she did them because she she thought it would look good?!? She never asked me if it was okay for her to do this which I find very unprofessional. I’ve had layers done to my hair a very long time ago and I can honestly say it’s never looked this bad it’s so uneven I had to go back to get them to fix it. It does look a tiny bit better since they have fixed it but my hair is still ruined the layers are sooo short that my hair looks like it’s just been cut at two different lengths. This all together cost me $65 I got a cut wash and blow dry and they didn’t even straighten it after the blow dry which for that price I think Is a bit ridiculous as my usual hairdresser charges that much and styles it afterwards.Can honestly say I’ll never go back I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve know Rose for over 20 years and have gone to her off and on. It’s been awhile but today I went back as I just really needed to go to someone who really knows what they are doing. Had my hair all burn off after wanting just a toner to go from my white blond to grey but hairdresser couldn't achieve colour and had to bleach my hair 3 times after already being white blond$300 later I asked for my money back but hairdresser wanted to correct the colour so I agreed because they spent the time and products on my hair but never achieved anything close I left with hair 1/2 the length I started with and it was dark brown.This happened well over a year ago and my hair still no where near the length it was and I decided not to leave a review but some how I can't opt out of receiving the text deals and it's a constant reminder of what happened
